Irish took an after dinner nap and I changed the channel - and it's "The Trouble with Tribbles" - great episode. Uhura gets lines! Spock gets to be quietly sarcastic. ("I was making a little joke." "Extremely little.") And Chekov just decides to go shopping with Uhura. Huh.

Does anyone else remember the triticale bread you used to be able to buy in the 1970s? It was in the bread section of the store, not in a specialty section, and looked like any other loaf of bread. I think it had an orange bad or had orange on the bag. It was pretty good and I used to ask my mom to get it because - hey, Star Trek! I haven't seen it in a long time. Of course, I don't buy bread often so haven't really looked. I think I will next time I go.

Speaking of foods I can't find anymore - it makes me sad that there are no more Post Fortified Oat Flakes every time I find myself in the cereal aisle. Not that often, to be honest, since I rarely eat cereal - but I loved that stuff.
