You know it gets pretty cold in the winter where you live when you have conversations like this:
"Is it cold out? I mean, I know it's cold but is it cold-cold?"
"It's cold but it's not like freezing cold."
And it's actually 29 degrees Fahrenheit.
Yes, 29 is not cold-cold and it's not freezing cold. Below 20F is cold-cold, maybe even freezing cold. Below 10 really is freezing cold and when it's in single digits (or negative digits!) then it is really, truly, cold winter. (That's when your nose hairs freeze in your nose. No, seriously.)
