We have almost all our boxes out of the garage finally (maybe a dozen left, maybe fewer). We put moving them into the house on hiatus while it was cold and snowy. I've been shredding papers for 3 evenings now. It's kind of relaxing.
I'm not doing too well at the April poem thing. I need to dig up some poetry books and get to it.
As I'm cleaning and sorting, I find that I can't throw out anything with my dad's handwriting on it - not even an empty envelope!
I've found stacks of letters and cards and unused stationery. I miss mail.
Haven't forgotten about writing and posting fic more frequently! Though last week was pretty dry, sad to say.
I'm now at Archive of Our Own - cbtreks, as usual. My page is completely empty right now, but I have it.
Be proud of me: I refrained from buying yet another cheap digital camera. It was on sale at Dollar General for 20 bucks and has video capability. I held it in my hand and stared at it for awhile, then put it down and walked away. No more cameras till I can buy a good one! (But I'm telling you, this cheap thing I currently own is driving me nuts! The view screen is literally 1/2 inch by 3/4 inch. I can't tell what I'm taking pictures of sometimes! And from what I've seen, sometimes I'm taking pictures of the inside of my jacket pocket.) I'll try to post some later this week. Not the ones of my pocket.
Also, I have one Dreamwidth code if anyone's interested. (I'm cbtreks there as well.)
