I'm watching an old horror movie from 1973 called The Horror at 37,000 Feet (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0068715/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0). It's got everything that makes a bad mid-1970s horror movie good. Insanity and possession in the middle of a trans-atlantic flight? Check. Ancient English alters in the cargo hold? Check. Invisible ghostly druids demanding human sacrifice on mid-summer's eve? Check. Mid-century tv stars (Russell Johnson, Chuck Connors, Buddy Ebsen)? Check. William Shatner! and two other Star Trek guest stars (France Nuyen and Paul Winfield)? Check, check, and check.
Definitely worth a couple hours on a Sunday afternoon while you're cruising the Internet. Now I kind of want to watch The Bermuda Depths (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077223/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_10) - which I like so much I have it on DVD - and Satan's Triangle (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0073662/). That last was the first truly scary tv movie my folks let me watch (I was 11 1/2 when it aired). The end is still pretty scary.
