curiouswombat posted photos of her granny, whom she says she greatly resembles, and it made me want to post these photos of my grandmother (dad's mom), who died before I was born, and myself, both age 17. Gramma's photo was taken in 1915 - check out the bow on her head! - and mine in the summer of 1980, just before senior year. I've always been told I looked a lot like her, and looking at her photo, I think I do. The quality of my senior photo is pretty poor, but I think you can still see the resemblence. (Behind a cut because I don't know how big these are....)
