This is so funny - it seems that every time I do any version of the Myers-Briggs thing, I come out differently. (Yesterday, using a quiz from a different site, I came out as INTJ.) I've been several different "I" combinations and once even an "E". Of course that's to be expected with these little Internet versions, but honestly, I think the original is a bunch of hooey. People change all the time, there are so many variable that can change one's response from one day to the next, and I don't think Myers and Briggs took that into account when they devised it. I definitely don't think that people who rely on it, such as some employers, take that into account.
